Avoiding a gaunt face during weight loss?
I am 168 cm, 55.5 KG, and, although I am at an OK weight at the moment, I wish to lose about 2 kg. Now, last time I was at this weight I looked slightly gaunt – my nose was a bit more prominent, my temples were only slightly sunken, etc. If I lost these 2 kg at a very slow pace, with excercise rather than a calorie restriction, would I still be gaunt?
Were the same height and i wish i could weigh as little as you. 53.5 is my goal too, im at 68 right now.
