Espresso is of French origin but has spread from there to Italy. The taste may be more intense, more compact compared regular black coffee. Taste is much stronger and more compact compared to filter coffee. There are several versions which is the basis for many different varieties of coffee drinks.

I like to explore and be honest no preference, but I am in favor of the combination of a variety of espresso. Espresso regular is about 3 ounces served in a small cup and has a thin foam red-brown on top. It is well known with only one type of sugar, if desired.
