How much Omega-3 fish oil should I take?
I take Omega-3 fish oil capsules (1000 mg) once a day. Use suggested on the bottle says to take one or two capsules twice a day, which could be a total of 4 capsules per day. Do you think I take one capsule a day is enough? Thank you.
